Gerry Duggan promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

RANDOLPH, Mass. - July 20, 2005 - Flexcon Industries is pleased to announce that Gerry Duggan has been promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Flexcon, a member of the Swan Group is a leading manufacturer of hydro-pneumatic tanks for water systems, hydronic and thermal applications as well as pressure booster systems. The Swan Group is a privately held business entity consisting of Emerson Swan, Flexcon Industries, Smith’s Environmental Products, Skidmore/Vent-Rite Valve Corp., Sytec Systems, Global Water Solutions, H2O Solutions, and the Swan Realty Group.

Mr. Duggan is a 22 year veteran of the Swan Group, beginning his career at Emerson Swan and joining Flexcon in 1994 as a regional sales manager. His most recent position of National Sales & Marketing Manager gave him direct responsibility for Flexcon’s Plumbing & Heating Division, water systems distributors throughout the Midwest, major OEM accounts, and the companies marketing efforts.
