Flex2Pro well tanks are the latest addition to the Flex2 Pro family of fine products. As with our other products, the Flex2Pro is loaded with saleable features that distinguish us from the competition in terms of quality and durability.

Solidly constructed with a welded stainless steel connection, the Flex2Pro is built with the contractor in mind as well as the end user. The Flex2Pro features our patented CAD 2 water chamber, which is designed for reliable performance over many thousands of cycles. CAD 2’s unique design features the best butyl rubber money can buy for the top half of the water chamber with a “lubricious” polypropylene bottom half of the water chamber. The extremely smooth surface of the polypropylene bottom eliminates abrasion of the butyl top half during expansion and contraction during the water cycle. 

The CAD 2 water chamber is made possible by our patented water system connection, which allows our water chamber to operate independently from the sides of the tank. The CAD 2 water chamber is surrounded by an insulating layer of air, which offsets cold well water from the sides and bottom of the well tank. This means there is less chance for condensation on the outside of the well tank in humid conditions.

Flex2 ProAll Flex2Pro tanks are rigorously tested throughout the manufacturing process having to pass multiple inspections during 4 separate manufacturing stages. Flexcon Industries culminates the testing process by putting helium gas in the tank pre-charge and tests for leaks with a probe in a sealed testing environment.  Flexcon chooses helium for this test because it is the second smallest molecule, and if there is a leak, the helium will find its way out and will be detected by our sophisticated testing equipment.

Flex2Pro well tanks are finished with a high quality urethane paint system that combines durable all-weather protection with a deep gloss, appliance look.

All of our quality tanks are backed by a five year written, limited warranty.
